- Design and construction of S. & T. heat exchangers according to
TEMA-R, ASME, ISPESL-VSR, EN codes in carbon steel, stainless steels,
duplex, superduplex, 254 SMO and nickel alloys.
- Design and construction of columns, reactors and pressure vessels
according to ASME, ISPESL-VSR, EN codes in carbon steel,
stainless steels, duplex, superduplex, 254 SMO and nickel alloys.
- Design and construction of industrial plants assembled on skids,
dressed with insulation, electrical and instrumentation, tested in shop.
- Design, supply, assembly and start-up of industrial plant and/or skid.
Direct labour: from 140 to 325 persons
- Assembly, erection and maintenance of industrial
plants and components.
- Prefabrication and erection of piping according to
ANSI code in carbon, stainless and other steel alloys, titanium, PVC and other
non ferrous materials.
- Erection of prefabricated API storage tanks.
- Erection of fire heated furnaces.
- Heat exchangers cleaning by high pressures water blasting.
- Local stress relief of piping, vessels and equipment.
- Maintenance of boilers (pressure parts, burners, etc).
